    Good read, but just doesnt have that extra umph to be great.

    The premise behind the book is thought provoking enough. The author tries to develop the characters, but in such a way that it is just given and not earned through the course of the book. A few good twists in the plot. I expect that with more experience, this author might be one to watch.

    High School level written.

    If this book was written by a high school student, then it is fairly good. Otherwise, I'd have to say that it is poorly written.
