    A Magical Must!

I have been reading Bowyer's books for a while now, and have come to expect them to be fantastic. Over the summer, I began reading the Young Adult series to my niece, and both of us agree: this is some of the best fantasy writing out there for young adults (and adults too since I am definitely enjoying this). Book 4 gives you some interesting twists and turns, including some major one's with the Prof's that Kyria had in the last book. We also get to see the magical version of Lumnia, a sport that Bowyer introduced in The Impending Storm - it sure is different! The book builds up to a climax so intense, that my niece actually begged me to get book 5 and keep reading (but we have to wait until it comes out!). I give The Shard of Time (Book 4 of The Adventures of Kyria) my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed! This is a magical must!
