Fascinating

This is book one of the sacred writings of Eckanakar- 'Religion of the Light and Sound of God'. Book two is also available in print. To study further sacred writings requires one to travel to different planets and spiritual planes, so the book teaches. Do not expect to read the Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad as you would a novel. It's cryptic descriptions of such topics as Soul Travel, Karma, and God Worlds require intense contemplation paragraph by paragraph.

The author presents a unique definition of reality and existence, human and spiritual. As the self-proclaimed Living Eck Master, Paul Twitchell offers to help one find their way back to God, of Whom he says all of us are a part. But do not anticipate dissolving into all things upon your death. With Eckanakar you get to stay yourself through progressive reincarnation into higher levels of being.

Even if you find the teachings within difficult to accept or believe, it is quite liberating to, even for a moment, forget your own perceptions of spirituality and existence. Twitchell helps me to consider many of the 'what ifs' of life with The Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad. If you wish to explore the world of Eck, I suggest you start with one of the very intelligible books below by Paul Twitchell or Sri Harold Klemp, Twitchell¿s successor.
