Elizabeth Weintraub on Short Sales is a must read

Need expert guidance about turning an upside-down mortgage right side up? This is the book for you. Elizabeth is witty, direct and to the point about the many challenges a home-owner (and buyer) may face when exploring the short sale option.

The author gives property owners answers and detailed techniques to potentially release themselves from almost any home mortgage without having to first file for bankruptcy. The Short Sale Savior gives practical step-by-step tips, sharing a wealth of knowledge, solutions and actions to help home-owners start fresh (and hopefully get it done with minimum credit damage).

Each individual has a story to tell and no two situations are exactly alike for any distressed home-owner. This book provides a plan of action Realtors, buyers and sellers can make use of to get 'er done and close escrow. A must read if you think you are going to be representing, buying or selling a short sale property.
