Overview

Before she even touched him,
Luke started screaming.

Murphy’s Law states that whatever can possibly go wrong—will! That’s the way things seem to be going for Bill and his first cousin, Doby, as they make their way back to the Diamond Bar-B ranch with the herd of stolen horses they recovered from the Hidden Valley—an adventure that almost cost them their lives.
In the second installment of the popular Diamond Bar-B trilogy, Bill and Doby are finding trouble at every turn, and the shortcut home seems to be the trail to oblivion. But in the state of Texas, when things get tough, the tough get going—and that’s precisely how Bill and Doby, along with the crew from the Diamond Bar-B Ranch, handle their challenges. They tough it out each and every time difficulty is thrown at them, and come out a little stronger and, hopefully, wiser!
