Overview

Set in Iraq, this fast paced thriller intertwines the lives of an Iraqi family with a small CIA team stationed in Baghdad. The novel starts with the grisly discovery of a missing U.S. soldier now found dead with a strange carving in his chest and a computer flash drive embedded in his body.

At this same time, an Iraqi newspaperman goes missing after unknowingly taking a picture of someone who doesn't want any evidence that he was even in Iraq.

The CIA agents, first seen in M.H. Sargent's thriller Seven Days From Sunday, soon ties the two events to the same entity the military arm of a highly trained Palestinian group. But why would a Palestinian group be in Iraq? And who is in the photograph that the terrorists are desperate to get back?

Editorial Reviews

Amazon - Angela Long
This book is as good as the first in the series, if not better. It grabs you and keeps your interest all the way through, including a twist ending that I didn't see coming. The pace is fast, the characters the same from the first book, which made it quite fun, although it could obviously be read on it's own. A great, great thriller.
