Meet the Author

Dr. Les Carter is a psychotherapist in private practice at the Southlake Psychiatric and Counseling Center in Southlake, Texas. He specializes in anger management and conflict resolution, he conducts seminars and workshops. He is the author of twenty books including The Anger Trap and his book about narcissism, Enough About You, Let's Talk About Me.
He has also constructed an extensive web site, MarriageMate.com.

Dr. Jim Underwood is a professor, consultant, and the author of eight books. He has worked with IBM, Nortel Networks, HP, Mc Kesson, Sprint PCs plus numerous other organizations. He currently works in a senior executive advisory capacity in the areas of performance and strategy. He is the author of the New York Times/Wall Street Journal bestselling book More Than a Pink Cadillac.

In 1996, Les and Jim began a collaboration involving leadership assessment and coaching. Together, they have worked with government agencies and major companies in the US. Their first book together was The Significance Principle.
