A Screamer can change your entire life! Build one, then put it in your living room and see what happens. Your social life will change. You will be noticed as never before. You and your Screamer will become the topic of discussion amongst the neighbors (particularly when you're not around). Of course your dad may mention that that is not what he meant when he told you to grow up and "be somebody." A nice side benefit of having a Screamer in the house is that visitors will be so attentive to "the thing" in your front room that they will not notice the giant stack of unwashed dishes in the kitchen. Hopefully, soemthing you read here will cause you to drop everything (righ after you buy this book) and start building you own Screamer.

    Screaming for Screamers!

I cannot say enough about this book or the effect the results have on people. I am an elementary teacher and a parent and making screamers was the funnest summer project we've every done! The book is well written with useful illustrations. It's also funny, inspiring, and easy to follow. My three children (13, 9 & 6)and I all made screamers last summer. Even my youngest son was able to do each step himself (I just needed to finish some from lack of attention span) Two screamers live in my 4/5th grade classroom and now I have other teachers Screaming to make screamers! My creations have been used for writing prompts, classroom mascots, friendly desk helpers and as student rewards. My husband even wants one for his desk at work! They are fun, creative and ANYONE can create a terrific creature by following the simple steps. Good luck, have fun and GET MESSY!
