    Rande does a good job in explaining Six Sigma in a very simplistic and easy to follow manner.

    Rande explains a detailed subject in a simple manner by providing graphs and charts to reinforce his points.

    First off, it's important to know that this book is not about how to lead Six Sigma, but rather how Six Sigma can help you lead.
