I think what I really liked the most about this book was the examples used to better define not onlt Six Sigma, but also how companies function and how using Six Sigma can help improve the parts of a company that were pulling it down. I found this book to be a bit more complex than previous books I've read about Six Sigma, but regardless, it still was an interesting read and I was able to follow along with out too much confusion.Was this review helpful?
