    A real eye opener

I happened to pick up this book primarily because of its title and the name of the author. What a surprise and treat. The meticulous analysis and issue development is first rate. It shows the void that can occur when guilt is assumed. It is shocking to realize that, if Mr. Allen had been Case's attorney, Case may well be at home with his family. This book is a reminder to prosecution and defense attorneys of the importance of doing their jobs fairly and completely. And this book should be mandatory reading for every potential juror.
