Meet the Author

Nationally recognized nutrition expert and published author Keri Glassman is the founder and president of Keri Glassman, Nutritious Life, a nutrition practice based in New York City, and Nutritious Life Meals, a gourmet, healthy, daily diet delivery program available in major markets in the United States. For years, Keri has been a leader in advancing a "whole person" approach to health and wellness. She has dedicated her career to creating services and promoting education through her Nutritious Life brand.
Women's Health Magazine embraces Keri's practical and accessible approach to health and wellness. She is a member of their advisory board and writes a popular monthly column called "Lighten Up" and a page called "Flat Belly Day".

Keri has authored three books; the most recent book, Slim, Calm, Sexy Diet (Rodale, March 2012), helps readers lose weight, conquer stress, and feel and look their best every day. My husband and I began this diet 2 weeks before going on vacation this past summer. We were able to enjoy our vacation and not gain weight. I lost 13 pounds and he lost 10 pounds. We plan on doing the cleanse again this week to kick start and hopefully lose the same amount of weight this round. You end up adopting the food choices as a life choice - there is no struggle. It is healthy eating! I would highly recommend this program.

excellent! Buy the book. U will love it. The material is exciting and brings daily life to a new level. Open the book one time and it is ur friend for life!.. I have had success and failed at many different diets. I have never been so inspired and successful at keeping the weight off as I am now from this book. If all u r looking for is a gentle detox this book provides a way to incorporate it into ur daily routine, not feel dizzy or have intestinal distress. Just try it!
