The sample does not really give you an idea of what to expect from this book/guide. As it happens, it wasn't really what I had hoped for. There are no pictures of any of the recipes completed. Seems to be the equivalent of a bunch of high school notes. I suggest paying a bit more and getting a more informative vegetarian slow cooker book.
There is no nutritional information for each recipe. Plus, it doesn't even tell what size slow cooker to use with each recipe. So, all in all, I found it to be an unusable cookbook.
