Meet the Author

Brian A. Cooper is a graduate of Wofford College, a highly rated liberal arts college in Spartanburg, S.C. With a B.A. in English, Cooper had initially planned a career as a college professor, but was diverted by the Vietnam War, where he served as an Army Aircraft Maintenance Officer, helicopter test pilot, and instructor pilot.

Upon his return from Vietnam, he sought a business career in the manufacturing industry where he worked for 12 years in several key senior management positions. In the early 1980's, he transitioned into the manufacturing software industry where he put his English Major to work, authoring the first application (user) manuals for a major MRP software supplier in Atlanta, GA. Since that time, he has remained in this industry as an Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, Director of Professional Services, and now is President of his own consulting firm, Brian A. Cooper & Associates, Inc. His company focuses on helping companies improve their bottom line through a unique copyrighted operational analysis program.

He and his wife, Pam are members of Weddington United Methodist Church in Weddington, NC where he serves on several committees, teaches an adult Sunday School class, and is an officer in the United Methodist Men's group at Weddington UMC.
