The Spiritual Power of Empathy: Develop Your Intuitive Gifts for

The Spiritual Power of Empathy: Develop Your Intuitive Gifts for Compassionate Connection by Cyndi Dale helps us discover our natural empathic abilities and how to use them to help ourselves and others.

This book is separated into two parts. In, "Part I: Foundation: Discovering the Gift of Empathy" we are taught about our empathic body, how compassion and empathy go hand in hand, and what our own personal empathic style is from the six different types. "Part II: Application: Mastering the Gift of empathy" gives tools for compassionate empathy, shows us how to use empathic healing to help ourselves, others and how to use our abilities at work.
This book helped me to see more how empathy  and compassion work together so that we can help ourselves and others. I liked that we are taught how to increase our empathic abilities even if it is a lesser used ability. I would recommend this book to those who wish to learn to use their empathic abilities to help.

I acknowledge that I received this book free of charge from Llewellyn Worldwide in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion of the book.
