I own a lot of wild game cookbooks, but this one is incredible. I at a Ducks Unlimited dinner once and raved over the meal. Turned out to be Scott Leysath, the author of this book. I've prepared about fifty of his recipes from this book and every single one of them was easy and just down home danged good eating. He know his game and his cooking.
