"May all cats old enough to catch thier own prey gather here to hear my words!" Skystar yowled as she lept onto Highstone. She waited untill all cats had gathered, her eyes gleaming. She survayed the clan with happiness. "The day has come for a new generation of apprentices." She said as her gaze fell upon Shykit and Firekit. "Firekit, Shykit, please jump to highstobe." She meowed from her perch on highstone. "She turned to the two kits. "Shykit, step forward." She said. "I call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this kit, for she has reached the age of six moons. She will train hard to understand the laws and importance of the warrior code." Skystar meowed, her head tilted to the sky. She turned to face Shykit and said, "Shykit, do you promise to study the warrior code and obey all laws, even at the cost of your life?" When Shykit replied, she said "Untill you become a warrior, you will be known as Shypaw." Skystar waited untill the yowling died down and spoke again. "Nightclaw, please step forward. You have shown respect to the deputy and me, and I trust your activity. Your skills in battle are excellent, while your understanding of the warrior code is even better. Will you take Shypaw as your apprentice, Nightclaw?" He stepped up to Shypaw and touched noses. "Firekit, step forward." She did the same thing that she did for all apprentices, sttoping at the announcement of the mentor. "Blackclaw, please step onto highstone." She meowed. "You are active and a good warrior, and one of the first warriors, as well as deputy. I give you the responsibility of training Firepaw. I hope you will pass your skills on to Firepaw." She said as Blackclaw touched noses with Firepaw. "Now, for all of you mentors and future mentors, the training hollow is result two." She added. "Everybody, please advertise. We want as many members as possible. We don't have a medicine cat, so please say that we don't have one. We need many more cats to make this clan very powerful." She finished. "Clan dissmissed." She said as she lept down from highstone.
