After having searched many days to find the peferct Christmas story to share with my family, I chose The Stars Came Out on Christmas. With a mere ten simple lines, the true story of Christmas is captured so beautifully, and in such a smooth, fluid style. From the three wise men bearing gifts, to the shepherds leading their flock, the attractive illustrations have allowed my husband and I to point out to our young son, various elements in the story and more fully explain the miraculous event of Christ's birth. I highly recommend this book to any book lover searching for a simple Christmas story of Christ's birth to share with friends and family, especially young children.
