    A heavyweight in the diet book arena.

    It's nice to see more diet books coming out that are based on good, sound science- just like this one. In a nutshell, this book emphasizes walking to lose weight; in fact it even comes with a handy step counter so you can get a good idea where you've been (and for that matter, where you need to go). All in all, I found this to be a great concept, the only drawback being people who don't have places to walk year round or just plainly get bored with walking. And the diet part? Basically, it's to just eat 75% of what you normally do. Now how easy is that? Anyway, all in all it's a great book.

    It works!

    So simple, just follow the instructions. You will not starve, you will lose weight, so far it is easy to keep off, not another diet - just a way to live!

    The Only Exercise Book You'll EVER Need

    This Book Helped Loose 3lb every week! That's 12lb every month! I'm SO THIN now, I walk every day because it's so much fun, It tells you how many steps you need to burn of a calerie so if I want a candy bar I look at how many caleries and just walk it off and make sure I Get it off. You don't need to change your eating plan at all! Just WALK IT OFF!
