    Comprehensive with delicious recipes

This book answered everything I needed to know about stevia. The history, FDA controversy, safety, use by diabetics and children, how much to use and in what form, how to use it in different recipes. I tried the chocolate chip cookie recipe and it was delicious. I think the previous reviewer didn't follow the instructions. The previous reviewer also posted this same review on another online book seller which makes me wonder whether it's actually someone from the sugar industry who wants to say bad things about stevia. Having experience with stevia now for 4 months, I'm surprised more people in this country don't know about it.

    I Love Stevia

I just got the book, but I have been using stevia since 8 years ago. I bought it in mexico at natural food stores and use it instead of regular sugar. Nobody in our house, nor visitors, can tell the difference. We just don't tell them is stevia. I'm dying to try the chocolate chip recipe... i'll let you know

    Simply Fabulous!

This book contains everything you need to know about Stevia! If you are at all interested in your own, and your family's, long term health and have even the tiniest hint of an open mind, here is how to get rid of your sugar addiction. Hint: Don't expect it to taste anything like bleached table sugar, it doesn't - it tastes much, much better than that!

    'Yuck!' said my kids

I tried one recipe from this book (the chocolate chip cookie recipe) and everyone in my family hated it so much I haven't tried others. All my other attempts at cooking with stevia have also resulted in nasty tasting food, so I can only conclude it is stevia, not the cookbook, that is the problem. It's a shame, really, because there are so many of us who are sugar-sensitive.
