The story of D-Day june 6 1844 is about the amphibous attack launched on the beaches of normady that possibly changed WWII or even possibly the world forever. This book also includes some detailed personal stories about soliders and their acts of unselfish heroism. This book is a good example of heroism, bravery, And men and women that gave their lives to a people that they hardly knew. This book tells about the struggles of the Allied forces to take down the evil Axis power that tried to take our freedom and our country. Over all I gave this book a near perfect rateing of four and a half stars. I recomand this book to any one who likes war movies or books.
