I am a runner training for my first marathon. This book is about a woman, ultra running and healing. I found this a wonderful book, and felt like I was standing with her on the trail. Certainly not a how to for ultra's, more personal, a story of a life lived and living. I would recommend this to any other runners out there who find healing in the run.

Made me want to get out and trail run!

I read this over a couple days on a weekend camping trip. Its more a story of the author and why she runs, and not a book about how to run. Every one who loves runnung or dreams of running will love this book!
