To Anonymous: Just because you don't understand it, doesn't mean he is a malicious person. We all learn in our own ways, and some things simply do not resonate with where we are in our lives. Many times when we don't understand something, we are fearful and want to lash out, which seems to be what you are doing.
For me, this book transformed my life, I have two copies, but everyone is different.

I have had this book for a few years now and it is still my go to reference guide for all things RAW. This book and the raw food lifestyle have changed my life as well. Its too bad for other readers who dont take the time to leatn what it is they are not understanding and spew a negative review. Remember, it's what we THINK we know that keeps us from learning.

I was so excited to read this book. It started out so interesting. While still in the first two chapters I was feeling (The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne) sort of feeling. Intrigued I did a u-tube search on David Wolfe. I Saw him say that Mushrooms where Aliens from another Planet! , and they traveled by meteor? Then I saw him make some disgusting mixture, using all kinds of his powders and stuff that he claims are super nutritious. All these people were watching him give this line. I couldn't believe it. He was pushing this crap like a cheap infomercial. Is the Essence Church Promoting this guy? I thought they were Legitimate, and had a truly caring desire to help people. I took this book back to B&N and Thank all Goodness they gave me my $60.00 back!
