As a dietetic student reading this book for a diet book review, I would not recommend this diet to anyone. It is not safe or healthy to lose up to 28 pounds in two weeks, there is no research to back up the claims made in this book, and the diet is not an enjoyable way to eat, nor does it teach you anything about good eating habits. The thing that I found most interesting in this book were the claims that if you drank the juice it would help heal your liver.. your liver already heals itself; it has the capability to even regrow itself and it doesn't need this special juice to do so. This book is a waste of money in my opinion and if you are really serious about losing weight I would suggest seeing a dietitian and starting and exercise program!Was this review helpful?
