    don't be a slubberdegullion!

a most exquisite list of interesting words. if you are one that likes to confuse people with rather large words this is most definitely a necessity. a few examples of terms found in this book: defenestration, acerebral, limaceous, and my personal favorite: comiconomenclaturist.

    Great Entertainment!

My friend and I decided to pick up this book at the library. We had such a great time using the words(that no one knew). We promptly went to Barnes and Nobles and bought not only the first one but the other two as well! This book is great for all ages and is going to have an important place on my shelf for years to come!!

A list of the curiosities found in the english language

Are you bored? Are you the type of person who finds the ordinary vocabulary, well - ordinary? This is an education disguised behind a toungue-in-cheek superiority complex. A delight for those with perfect grammar and those who still need a bit of tweeking. It makes a wonderfully strange gift, especially for those who teach languages.
