My passion and business has developed from 11 years experience in direct response marketing, from true personal experience working with many different companies of all shapes and sizes. It became clear the struggle that most business owners face when it comes to finding, hiring and dealing with staff and of course personally being on the receiving end of bad customer service time and time again! It has become my passion to see a certain standard of excellence instilled in businesses all over the UK.


I set up Superstar Staff training and we help business owners, managers and team leaders get extraordinary performance from ‘Ordinary’ Staff. Far from cloning yourself we can show you how to recruit, train, nurture, staff to get them performing like Superstars for you and your business!


My speciality is staff and I have discovered excellence can be nurtured, brought out and made into a tangible skill for all business owners and managers.
