Tracy Reifkind had been overweight her whole life and no amount of working out had helped her lose the weight. Tracy is a real woman who has battled the same issues we all have. She was 250 lbs for most of her adult life, and finally at age 41, she decided to take full charge of her life and her health. When she picked up the kettlebell for the first time, her journey began and it has brought her to a place where she is one of the most-respected women in the RKC world.
This book is fantastic. Tracy is real, she's compassionate, she's easy to understand, and she offers real hope, even for those of us who have been obese most, if not all, of our lives. Her explanations and the photographic demonstrations are easy to understand.
I couldn't recommend this book more, and whenever anyone asks me about my passion for kettlebells and what kettlebells are all about, I am pointing them to this book. Tracy has been there. She understands. And she makes people believe that they really can become the person that they want to be.

Amazing! This book is wealth of information about the kettlebell swing, the most powerful movement one can do with a kettlebell. Tracy does a fabulous job explaining and demonstrating this skill. Tracy makes getting fit reachable goal! She makes it real and easy to do. Thanks Tracy!
