    Heinlein reborn

This book reminds me of how engrossing a good novel can be. It blends real physics and possible futures like "The caves of Steele" books.

It's a fun read.  It's not great literature - the characters are somewhat one dimensional.  But it is interesting to see how the author develops his concepts of synchronicity, paints himself into corners and then gets himself out, thinks through the practical issues of space travel (for example, times, fuel, food, etc.), and develops his concepts of war in space.  Altogether fun and made me buy the third one in the series.

    Great Series.

I like the detail in this series. The explanations regarding how they travel and the building aspect brings the whole book together.
