Enough about counting calories, weighing chicken and eating green. If you have ever been on a diet you know what to do, but WHY don't you do it and WHY can't you keep doing what you know to be good for you. Finally, a book that deals with the biggest barrier to weight loss -- our heads. Thank you for addressing the real problem and giving us hope that it is within us to change.

I have had weight troubles for most of my adult life. It is safe to say that I have read most of what is out there and have tried alot of different diets. Unlike most diet books, this one doesn't go on and on about how or what to eat. It talks about some of the other things that could be make dieting unsuccessful. Many of these 'obstacles' were present in my own life. I am hopeful that these strategies will help.
