We all know that great teachers can equal a GREAT school! I know my challenge as an administrator between parents, students, ARDS, bus referrals, district meetings, staff questions, classroom walk thru's, etc etc etc, it can be difficult to  find the time to actually help make that happen! From the very first chapter, this book gives an administrator background and an easy way to build teacher effectiveness, one 10 minute chunk at a time. Nobody likes wasted time, especially tired & overworked teachers! For the limited time we actually have available to work with our teacher, this book cuts right to the chase and hits on all the areas you'd want to build up on your team. From the "negative nancy's" to celebrating students,  I love that this book gives me a focus and a guide to make it happen. Thanks, Annette and Todd!
