    Very good!

A really good book, fun to read. This book really lets us know the hardships that had to be endured 150+ years ago. A fine tale of betrayal, lost and finally love's ability to to make everything worthwhile.

    One of my favorites!

I'm a big fan of this author's writing and this is one of her best. This story contains everything: romance, adventure, vivid descriptions of the rough life in the Rockies, and humor. It also has its share of tragedy, which makes it a richer and deeper read. A hero to love, heroine to admire, and story to enrapture. I loved it!
