Michelle LeDuff Collins has written a very helpful guide on 360 feedback. This book starts with a great overview of the 360 process, followed by how to choose your raters, and then how to interpret your results. The final chapter pulls it all together by helping you to understand how to translate your results, what you have learned, into action planning. I highly recommend this easy to read, practical guide to any business professional.
