    He's Right!! It's Working!!

This book was just what I hoped it would be. Chris Carmichael writes to all of us who can't match what we used to do. I'm about 3 weeks into the Time Crunched Training Program and I'm excited about the results so far! I thought I was going to have to settle for being older and slower, and becoming an 'old guy'. I'm able to ride faster and I'm starting to believe I'll be able to ride near the speed I used to sustain. The TCTP fits into my life without any complaints from the family, and the workouts leave me tired but certain I'm up to the challenge. I've liked the structure of Chris' DVD workouts, an these are just as satisfying. I know I can't be the rider I was 15 or 20 years ago, but this book has shown me I CAN bring some of the past into my future.

By all means get The Time Crunched Cyclist and get to work! You may not become Lance, but you'll become a much better You!

    I Also Recommend:

    It works

I recently finished the 11 week training cycle for a new competitor. My average power (W) increased by 9% and my W/kg increased 14%. Looking forward to trying another 11 week cycle after taking off 4 weeks, as suggested.
