Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
What happens when the Tooth Fairy loses a tooth? This little sprite has lost her first tooth and she daydreams about how nice it would be if she too got a little present under her pillow. But of course since she is the Tooth Fairy that won't happen...or will it? She travels around the world doing her job and every now and then wishing that she was a regular kid or at least not be forgotten. What a wonderful surprise awaits her when she gets home. The Tooth Fairy was not forgotten. The illustrations are as whimsical as the story with a red-haired fairy flitting from child to child leaving little presents and taking their teeth. The happy ending will please young readers who still have a little affection for the Tooth Fairy. The extra bonus in this book is two pages of stickers. I assume that they can be used to create pictures and thus this book is really a personal purchase rather than a book for the library or classroom. Reviewer: Marilyn Courtot
