THE TRUTH ABOUT CATS is a random series of cat cartoons that explores the major issues of the kitty universe, including theological concerns, sleeping in piles of other cats, and the real question of who exactly has first dibs on the kibble bowl. The book also introduces Frankie the cat, the loveably soulful cat with his eyes on a Hollywood career. In a series of lively line drawings, Frankie's story is revealed, as this weight-challenged black and white cat finds his status on the home front threatened when a tabby kitten moves in and takes over his special place on the bed. Small issues, perhaps, to humankind, but to a feline, finding the right place on the owner's bed is big time stuff, to be sure!
THE TRUTH ABOUT CATS reveals all this and more. It's sure to be the cat's meow for cat lovers of every age. Available early November 2011 on Createspace.com and on Amazon.com!
The truth is out there. And it's sure to have a lot of fleas

The Truth About Cats is a terrific little comic that the only thing I didn't like about it is that it was to short! This book is very lively and one of the greatest graphic novels I have ever read.
Have you ever wondered what your cat does when your not home? This book tells you that and more! How about what cats do to exercise? This book has it all! What if I told you that this book has everything you need to know about cats and more.
This book is purrrrrfect for all ages and if you are a cat lover or hater you will love this book!

Molly Brandenburg’s “The Truth About Cats” is a fun, quick read. Molly is an accomplished artist, and her drawings and musings about cats are of the quality one sees on the comic strip pages of a daily newspaper. In fact, many pages in the book are just that: comic strip panels chronicling real and imagined interactions Molly’s had either with her cats or with those of her imagination. She poses questions and the cats provide the answers, or show what they are thinking, or show their mood. Cat lovers will be amused by the humorous ways they’ll find their four-legged friends depicted in the book. If you are in need of a gift for a cat-loving friend or relative, Molly Brandenburg’s “The Truth About Cats” would make a perfect gift. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. The drawings made me giggle and some of the writing about cats was funny and true.

Molly Brandenburg’s The Truth About Cats is a cute, line illustrated look at the life of a cat. In this book, you can learn to read a cat’s expressions, figure out what your cat is thinking about you, and see how a cat can make a name for himself in Hollywood. And along the way, you will even find yourself laughing out loud here or there. This light-hearted book is a nice quick read on a rainy day with your cat curled up in your lap. I thank the author for a review copy and I give it three stars. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
