John 20 • 24-29

"Thomas, come here with your finger and see My hands. Touch the wounds in My hand. Put your hand into My side. Stop doubting now and believe." By saying this to the Apostle Thomas, Jesus was conveying to us that it is okay for us to probe scientifically into the workings of our universe so that we may all understand His truth and be witness to His kingdom.

To fully appreciate the understandings presented in this book one must first resolve to forget everything previously understood about our world. In our magnificent universe nothing is as it appears to be. The single goal of this book is to bring about a better understanding of the divine relationship between science and theology. We are taught that a choice must be made in whether we believe what science is telling us about our universe or what the gospels are telling us about our universe. Universities across this great land preach scientific truth just as religions and church organizations preach that we must disregard scientific discovery and have faith in what was written about our Savior and our world in the gospels. This book, THE TRUTH The Illumination of Conscience will prove that science has never given us a single understanding that has, in any way, discredited anything the gospels have taught us about our world. We should also, know that the gospels of Christ have not stated anything that is not in total agreement with what science has shown us about our world, either. THE TRUTH The Illumination of Conscience will take you on a journey like no other book has before and by doing so it will prove to you that the scientific discoveries made over the years do nothing but reinforce all that we know from the way, the truth and the life. Let your consciousness be illuminated and in so doing we will illuminate the conscience of the world, together.

I actually read all these reviews before I ordered this book and I must admit that I did find this book incredibly intriguing. It is a very interesting read, I had a hard time putting it down the first night after I got it in the mailbox ending up reading the rest of it the very next day. I love how the author comes to his conclusions based on very simple principles given to us thousands of years ago by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Perhaps, as christians, we too, are missing His message. It is easy to say but much harder to accomplish these changes in our life but we need to ask ourselves why that is? It is not like He is asking so much of us. Really? Only to love our neighbor as our self.

A skillfully mastered title with all the "bells and whistles" suggested. This is a vastly undervalued book. It brought me back to my own childhood and past life experiences and had me questioning my own view of the world with every turn of the page. Cudos to the author.

I do not understand why this book has not gotten mainstream media attention like others such as "The Secret". This is truly a perspective on life, happiness, truth and understanding that the world must hear. One day the right person will read this book and the world will change because of it. It is really that profound a book.

I love this kind of book. I find it very thoughtprovoking ! It makes you think in a way you have never thought before and recognize things you have never thought about or even considered about life before. We need more scientist to write more books like this without all the complicated scientific jargon that make so many other scientific type books so hard to follow. Great Job !

This is precisely the kind of book I enjoy reading. New ways to think about life, religion, our world. He actually gives you a visual image of your soul and I must say it makes sense after all we are electrical beings. THis book is great for people who are scientifically curious about our world as well as spiritually curious about the divine.

This is definately a Christian based book but is intergrated with complex scientific research that is written in a pretty easy to understand language. Though I must admit I had to go back and re-read a couple chapters to fully understand what was being discribed. All in all it was a very interesting read that I would certainly recommend to anyone who is interested in understanding more about our world and how we should be living in it as perscribed by this author.

I think this is a great book for anyone to read . It is not that many pages and can easily be read in one sitting. I loved it Very very deep, though.

I really like this book. A lot of what is written in it about how we are supposed to live our life and why I have never really heard before. It makes sense that our creator would know how his creation was supposed to live, after all he created us. DA ?? Great book.

It is like the writer of this book was in my mind. This is actually what I believe about our world. I know there is something more to life than what we experience and I know we are something much greater and amazing than what we perceive. The way the writer describes it is simple superb!! I Loved this book. It will be a best seller.

I received this book from my daughter, as I was told it was written by a local author here in Louisiana. I liked it and will look for other books by this author. Some of it was a little complex for a lay person though.

I ordered it on here at the recommendation of a friend and have highlighted several chapters that I plan to utilize in my life going into 2012 and hopefully forever if we do have more time. P.S.I hope there will be a second book.

My church group recommended it and I bought it. I like it a lot, I plan to re-read it though cause I am still a little confused about some of what the author wrote. It is really hard to understand the scientific parts in the book even though I know some it makes perfect sense.

I have read this book, literally 5 times and each time I read it I get something I missed out of it. There is just something about what is said that makes you believe what the author has written, but it really is very life changing. Can this be true, this is what life is all about? I am questioning everything now, thanks a lot Mr. Simoneaux, who ever the hell you are. I still recommend this very intriguing book.

I happened upon this book and decided to take a chance but what a gem. One of the best books I have ever read. There are also techniques written about gaining understanding that I plan to try myself. This book will change the way you understand the world we live in. I was blown away.

I bought this book under the recommendation of my cousin and it was a really good choice.  i am trying to get my atheist brother n law to read it now.  he is so cerebral you know, he thinks there can't  be a God.  I wish all the atheist in the world could read this book.  i bet most would change their minds.

It was okay, not really sure why the author picked the chapter topics as he did, seemed kind of random to me

I don't understand anything this author is writing about. It is way over my head. Who is his audience?

If what this author is proposing is even remotely true life as we know it is fundamentally different than what we understand it to be. I for one hope that most of what is written is way off the mark. I am not sure I want to live in the reality prescribed by Mr. Simoneaux. But it is remarkably interesting and I give it 4 stars because of that alone.

Fasinating Title --- I was hooked from the first chapter to the last chapter.
