The Two Bush Con
"The Two Bush Con" was work in progress when the second "Day of Infamy" occurred. Before that horrific event, the president and his governor brother had detractors. After September 11, 2001, it became unpatriotic to point out their shortcomings.

It is essential that leaders of a free society, in peace and in war, respect the rights of all citizens and that the citizens understand that their choice of leaders can stifle these rights, using the powers of their offices.

George W., "elected" president in the year 2000, has yet to prove he can be trusted to lead with a fair even hand extended to all citizens, not just shown an interest in winning friends among the masses only when running for office.

The Bush brothers are acting on a world stage at a time in history recorded as one of the most tragic in centuries.

The average citizen appears to have endorsed new limitations on their freedom by their silence. At any cost, they appear to show more interest in a gyrating stock market, a meager tax rebate, and personal security. This erosion of freedoms does not, in the author's opinion, strengthen the American Democratic Republic.

Here then, is a day-by-day diary of how lives have been manipulated during the last year of the twentieth century
