Following arthroscopic surgery on his right knee in 2006, Jerry Sorlucco faced a choice: Lose weight, or eventually face artificial knee replacements for both knees. I needed to loose weight and my Doctor and Gym weren't able to answer all my questions. I needed to understand WHY I had to do things to achieve weight loss results. That is what this book delivers. Mr. Sorlucco gives you the scientific background, documents his sources, and then helps you create a weight loss and exercise program that works for the individual. I loved the different diet pyramids for different nationalities. It really helps me with my food choices no matter where I eat. I also appreciate the advice he gives which leads me to free support web sites, instead of thoes web sites that are scams or cost a monthly fee. I am now working out wisely on a regular basis, eating a healthy diet without suffering, and losing weight. Thanks Jerry!
The author documents his astounding weight loss while giving us good, practical information on how we can all lose weight without too much sacrifice. No food or beverage is prohibited, but portion control, healthy food choices, and exercise is stressed. It's a no-nonsense, practical approach to eating and controlling your weight for the rest of your life! Highly recommended.
