While I did enjoy the book, frankly, I'm shocked about the 4 and 5 star reviews. Honestly, people, are you nuts? The author doesn't even know the difference between their, there, and they're. And when it came to plurals and possessives, sheesh, she was all over the place. And as much as I enjoyed the story-and believe me, I did-there were huge story points that were never revealed. Who was Damien's sister? I kept guessing. Why did his mom lie? The author's explanation, we'll never know. Well that's BS......and lazy story telling. Unless there were plans of a sequel that answers those questions, which there isn't. So in all good conscience, I can not give this book anything above 3 stars-even the story was fair-because the author got a little too sloppy and too lazy for this to be considered anything above average.

I love her other books and the Anderson's and Titan's qnd how they all tie together. I could have done with less talk of the abuse, but I still loved it!

I loved the Anderson's so I enjoyed this story that brings one more Anderson to the scene and fills some gaps from previous books. Having said that, I did not find the beginning of the book believable at all, especially how Damien and Sierra meet and start their special arrangement. The book got better half way in but ended up being horribly cheesy in the last chapter. If you are an Anderson fan, you will still like to read this book, like I did. But the truth is that if this book had been a stand-alone, I would have giving it less stars.

This is a good book.  Revenge is what motivated Damien most of his life, luckily he woke up before losing Sierra.

I was truly surprised by how much I liked this story. I didn't anticipate the depth of the characters. The struggle to reach the point of forgiveness is a little long. I wanted them to really sit down and talk. There were too many times where their anger over the past would override their confusion about statements that didn't match up with the past that they were holding onto. Derek's devotion to his new found son is inspiring but his high handedness and eventual threat to Jasmine tied my stomach in knots. Jasmine is every bit as devoted to her son and will do anything to ensure that he has what he needs; even if that means marrying Derek. The eventual revelations of the truth brings as super sweet ending.  Adult read

This one incorporates the Andersons and it's amazing. It moves along slow and then a lot is happening.

I've read a lot and this book is not one of my favorites. The storyline was so cheesy it was almost unbelievable. I only kept reading to the end out of curiosity, but even then, the grammatical errors were distracting to me and the plot didn't get wrapped up completely, leaving the reader with several unanswered questions. I felt both main characters lacked depth, and it seemed like the main female character didn't really have any personality. It would be ok as a free book, but not otherwise.
