This book took me on an emotional journey as I vicariously experience the feelings of this father's betrayal. Being a father, it was hard to fight back tears. I was intrigued by this father's commitment to protect his daughter from "a wolf in sheep clothing" without violating the law. To lay down his life like Christ! Being a pastor, it reminded me that our sins are more disgraceful and devestating. The author's clever use of pseudonyms guarded the names of the pastor (AHAB) and his church (LAODICEA) while vividly revealing the character of both beyond the storyline. This book reminds us that all of us are responsible for protecting the weaker vessels from predators - we are our brother's and sister's keepers. Don't just sit on the pews and in the pulpit...speak up for justice. Judgement must begin at the house of GOD (1Peter 4:17).

Every Parent Must Read! The book “The Ultimate Betrayal” written by Kevin Roy Jenkins is an interesting book. The author tells the story about how a deceitful pastor tried to destroy a young girl’s life and her family. The author was very hurt that the pastor had violated his trust. I was impressed with the father’s determination to expose this pastor’s ungodly life style. It was amazing to see that this father would go to the end of the earth to protect his daughter. While reading this book I could sense the pain, hurt and disbelief that the father felt. He respected his pastor and believed that he was truly a son of God. I pray that this family can forget the past and move on with God still their personal Savior. I highly recommend this book for all families with sons and daughters who are actively involved in their church. This book can help other families who may have been in abusive relationships. This book was an easy read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Based on the wide spread of trusted leaders, such as Pastors and other clergies, predatory conduct have become an epidemic in our country. Therefore, this book NOT only exposes the predator that abused the author's family, It also, reveals techniques they use to manipulate young people or vulnerable SAINTS. God bless you.

I couldnt put this book down! The unconditional love shown by this father is just simply amazing, and despite her rebelliousness he stood firm to what he believed and protected her as much as he could. This really teaches you not to put so much trust in the pulpit, but to trust only God!

This book opened my eyes to the reality that deceitfulness is in all forms of religion. The enemy will use who and what he can to destroy God's people. It also confirmed my beliefs that people serve man instead of God in church. I applaude Mr. Jenkins for being honest and open about what his family went through. It was a easy read and you can see that the authour allowed his test to become a testimony to save somebody else's child. How to pay attention to the signs to we sometimes tend to ignore when we are dealing with "men and women of the cloth".

I can truly understand the author, Kevin Roy Jenkins, my friend's fellings. As I read his book, all I could think of were his Parents, sisters and other friends we grew up with. Knowing the author as I do, I can't imagine how he lived through this " CRISIS" as he called it with out breaking the law. Didn't know his beautiful daughter as well as his immediate family, however my prayers goes out to her as well. Now this man, so called "Pastor" using God as a front to do his SINFUL work is beyound my imagination. This person is know different from others who may have a legitimate business, however selling drugs out of it and killing hundreds of God's people. I hope to never meet this "PREDATOR", and certainly no one like him in my life time. Finally, I was touch by the author's Faher's day tribute, where she indicated that "even though you're a man I know what kind of mother I want to be through watching you. I want to be strong like you and i'd like my husband and children to see you in me. Your relationship with God, your strength, and of course your undying love for FAMILY is special". Love and Peace...

the author should have had a proof reader..or if he did, he needed a better one...incorrect verb tenses throughout the book...multiple sentences beginning with "in addition".
