While the flippant explanations of the payoffs (e.g., “Defines your flappage!”) can be ambiguous, the color photos of fitness trainer Karter (KaronKarterPilates.com) and the clear descriptions easily compensate. An infinitely useful guide for readers at all fitness levels.
