I was very disappointed with this so-called "Ultimate Guide". I bought it for my wife so she and our daughter could identify birds we have in the back yard, except the "Ultimate Guide" leaves out an abundance of birds. It's not like an Oriole is that exotic, but it's nowhere to be found in this book. On top of that, the order of the birds listed is not at all helpful to the common person. If you know the bird's name, you can look it up in the index. If not, good luck thumbing through every single page to try to identify it...IF they happen to have it in there. In short, this book is awful. I only spent $6 on it and I'm outraged! I feel like the publishers should not only reimburse my $6, but also compensate me for the time I wasted ordering and viewing this garbage. 10 thumbs-down (that's me and four of my friends who I'd enlist just to give this book thumbs-down).
