Highly Recommend - Easy to Read and Immediately Use!

I am using this book as a guide to train a sales staff. It reviews how to train sales staff who have varying levels of experience. The author reviews the basics of selling, and gives you quick and easy ways to explain the concepts to your staff. This book would be a great prerequisite read prior to selling/promoting products or services.
