I have been following the program in this book for two weeks. The program has helped me focus and helped me become stronger, wiser, and more well-rounded. It is crucial for jiu jitsu to be all around physically strong and I aim to follow the workout to better myself in my favorite marital art.

This book has greatly helped my power and speed. I feel younger than I am. I am 43 and started Taekwondo almost one year ago. The programs in this book have also helped my confidence. I really like the different workout programs that are available.
