Dr. Harold L. Arnold Jr. is a social and organizational psychologist who is also trained as a marriage and family therapist. He conducts marriage and family workshops, nationally and internationally, and through his ministry, The Pursuit of Influence, equips ministry leaders in building strong, transformational relationships. He is also the host of the Leading You Home podcast. Harold is married to his college sweetheart, Dalia, and they have two adult children, Quilan and Kyrsten.
