I don't know about this free download but the cook book is great! We had Harry Potter dinner night before we went to see part one, the stew was wonderful! I have made it many times since the first night and my family loves it. My son had lots of fun looking up the stories in his books to go along with the recipes in the cook book. I would highly recommend this book to all Harry chefs!

I am not a Harry Potter fan, but money is tight enough that I can't be picky about my reading materials; it was free, so I tried it. I was pleasantly surprised. The recipes are easy to follow and the Potter references are light enough that I wasn't entirely baffled. The foods are classic English Holiday foods, and I liked the little bit of back history. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning how to make these types of foods, regardless of the pop culture hook. Well written and straightforward.

This book doesnt include a whole lot, though well recommended for for the dollar I got it for. Yes these arent really "magical" but pretty tasty for original recipies! There are also some refrences as to where in the harry potter books the particular recipie is. I was looking for a recipie for butter-beer (it does exist somewhere) and this is not included in here, just for those who were looking like me.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Harry Potter and makes no attempt to even try to relate to Harry Potter at all. The recipes are simple and lame who wants a recipe for mashed potatoes, or glazed carrots?!?! It may be free but it's not worth cluttering up your library

I think personally if you like to cook it will be really good for you but if you don't you don't have to read it but in my opinion I really like it because I love to cook and I just recommend it to people who love cooking and I think it will be a really good chance for you to learn recipes and I think you will enjoy that you love to cook.

#THISSUX! I can not believe that I almost spent two bucks on the worst thing ever... If you boght this book, then you are in for a total rip off of a classic Harry Potter book!! It has nothing to do with Harry or any of the Harry Potter characters... #*******NEVERBUYTHIS!!!!!!!!!!

The sample is the worst. It only has 8 pages. Plus, the pages it shows are the cover, credits and a tinny tiny paragraph that tells a little tiny bit about one recipe. NO recipes. Non at all. Even if you are a harry potter fan, DO NOT get the sample. It is so terrible. You will be so dissapointed. Also it doesn,t have one little bit about harry or his pals. So sad. (ARRG
