I think this is an excellent reference book for kidney disease patients interested in a vegetarian diet which is usually said to be contraindicated in this group. However, I am going to have to try to buy a paper copy because tables are scrambled so bad they are impossible to use and charts have been shrunk to be totally unreadable! Very disappointing.
