    Not a good recipe collection

Although this book is well organized, with a list of all recipes before each chapter, the book has many things wrong with it. First of all, the book calls for cabbage in way too many recipes. Example, in a homemade barbeque sauce recipe, the author calls for shredded cabbage! Never in my life have I had bbq sauce with cabbage. Secondly, the author calls for very odd ingredients that I have yet to find at my supermarket or local organic/natural foods market. She does not make any recommendations for substituting. Thirdly, for a vegetarian cookbook, many of these recipes are incredibly odd. Soy souffle anyone? Forth, in some of the baking recipes, she does not tell you what size baking pan to use. I have been a vegetarian for a while, but if you have not, this book does not include any vital info on how to press & prepare tofu and other things like that.
