I have 6 grandchildren ages 8 and under. I downloaded this book to read to them, and I think even the 2 year old will enjoy reading this book. The words are simple, yet tells the Easter story accurately. The pictures are colorful, I like the illustrations of the people in the book. The story also gives the scripture verses where the story is in the bible, so you can assist older children where to find the Easter story in the bible.

Easy to read and understand for young children. pictures also help convey the message.

I thought the child would have the option to read the book for themselves or have it read to them on the nook. Since they didn't, I could have just brought the hard copy. However it did do a good job of breaking down the story so young children could understand the story of Jesus and what Easter means
