Overview

In the Voice of Knowledge Miguel Ruiz reminds us of a profound and simple truth: The only way to end our emotional suffering and restore our joy in living is to stop believing in lies -- mainly about ourselves. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, this breakthrough book shows us how to recover our faith in the truth and return to our own common sense. Ruiz changes the way we perceive ourselves, and the way we perceive other people. Then he opens the door to a reality that we once perceived when we were one and two years old -- a reality of truth, love, and joy.

Rethink How You View and Handle Your Life

Once again, DonMiguel has captured the essence of what keeps us stuck in unhealthy patterns and how to eliminate them and live authentically. His simple and direct style communicate to the reader how to uncover the beliefs that have held us hostage, and how to release them and forge new beliefs that enhance rather than limit our lives.
This book is a must read for anyone looking to make the positive changes in their life but aren't quite sure how to go about it. The book is thought provoking and engaging. The Voice of Knowledge inspires hope and the awareness that you are capable of making changes in your life if you are ready to let go of your old beliefs and limitations. Read on... it's worth reading multiple times because something new seems to be uncovered each time. Don Miguel's messages resonate on a very deep level.

    Not a bad concept...

This book is clearly written with very simple points to understand. I expected a little more though, but I definitely was not disappointed. The author offers up many useful ideas in a non-complicated way. It almost seems like common sense. I plan on reading his other book, "The Four Agreements" in the near future.

    Beautiful and Practical

This book is very much a practical parallel to, A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle and more. It refers to the voice of knowledge (or ego), awareness, the present moment and forgiveness. It is so lovely to read. It is so useful and practical as well. I feel the author strives to make these traditions understandable and usable. Beautiful!!!

You can't judge a book by only reading part of it

This book made a lot of sense to me. It is not pushing religion, but it teaches you how to accomplish what many religions have been trying to accomplish for centuries. I love this book and highly recommend it. It applies weather you are religious or not.

I took this everywhere with me.

I introduced people to this book just by holding it. I couldn't put it down. We have to learn how to forgive in order to release the emotional poison and this book shows you how as well as many other things. Healing allows us to heal our minds and hearts and who does not want this. Heal ourselves to heal the world!!!

Great Book to Make You ReThink How You Are

This author is great at bringing your attention to the way that you unconsciously process and interact with the world. This book uses straightforward language and great stories to show how the way you have been socialized and the mass culture influences how you view things. Shows how to be free and authentic again. Highly recommended!

    BREATHTAKING

Words can't even explain how I felt after reading this book. It's amazing how the TRUTH has been within us and we've all became blind to it for all these years. This book taught me alot of things and also taught me to how to forgive myself and others. And that's been something that's been difficult for me to do all these years. THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY EYES, HEART, AND SPIRIT!

    Some weirdos mublings

I didn't even bother finishing the book. The whole thing was kind of silly and didn't really make any sense. Not to mention christian religion being shoved down your throat every other sentence. Waste of paper.
